Our newest ad for Teknograd, a norwegian company working with Mac Support. Once again the harddisk is in trouble, this time being chased by Tie Fighters. Lots of work, but worth it. This time it has also popped up on several blogs and other sites pretty fast. (Cult of Mac, Kreativt Forum ++)
Theese are two of the posters we created for our new Radio Campaign for Tryvann Winter Park in Oslo. And yes, they don’t make any sense – without hearing the radio spots first. You can hear them and see the web-campaign at Tryvann.no (click the banner in the right column).
Yes, with big letters -- Macho is Back! It’s been a lot of hard work at TBWAOslo this fall and more to come for a new and very exciting client of ours called XL-BYGG. They are a chain of hardware-stores for macho men who like to build. Finally our main movie for them has been done, together with Acne in Sweden.
So, I’ve had plenty to do the last weeks, after being hired by TBWAOslo during the summer. Shortly before summer vacation, Remi did this great illustration for our client Smartfish.
Then last week we did some more fun stuff for a new Ultra grocery store opening in Drammen. We made their logo in styrofoam, each letter about 5 meters tall, and placed it on a barge going up and down the river in Drammen downtown. Then Saturday there was also a fireworks display!
For the rest theres plenty to do, but it’s fun and people here are enthusiastic.
Well, I guess I should have recovered from Gullblyanten by now(“The Golden Pencil”, Norway´s biggest and most important domestic creative award show). Erik won our internal bet, which means we got two diplomas. One for the Teknograd campaign, and one for the website for Norli’s Antique Books. Well, a lot could be said about the award show and the winners, but I won’t delve into that here.. Anywho, it was nice to see some old pals, and to see our friends at Motion Blur get some well earned gold.
It’s been a nice month for us at 2008scandinavia with all the press coverage we’ve gotten in norwegian magazines. We’re featured in a three-page interview in Kapital and we have our Teknograd-campaign featured in Kreativt Forum. In addition we won an award called Ut-prisen for the best outdoors-campaign in january with our boards made completely out of Lego for Lego’s 50th anniversary.
I haven’t been posting anything for a while now, but there’s been plenty to do. This is a little taste of the stuff we’ve been doing at 2008scandinavia.
This is a campaign we’ve been working on for a while, for a mac support company called Teknograd. The first one will be featured in the next issue of Kampanje, a magazine for the advertising industry here in Norway. There will also be an interview with my colleagues and bosses, Øistein Borge and Erik Heisholt.
Three full-page ads we made for Aftenposten, one of Norway’s biggest newspapers. This was a really fun challenge for us, as we’d never done ads like this before. We didn’t have any art directors or copywriters in our team, so had to act like we were.
