A couple of weeks ago I entered Le Lab Toys’ contest to design their new vinyl figure, based on the theme “Freudian nightmare”. I discovered the contest a big late, but I decided to make a design that was based on rorschach patterns and sent it in the night before it ended. First time I’ve tried something like this. I was awarded third place, and they sent me a very nice e-mail afterwards. Maybe I’ll get to make a custom for them some day.

I’ve been experimenting a little with type treatments lately, as I get so incredibly inspired looking at what other people do in this field. Here is some of the stuff I have been working on.

Here are a few elements from the new Nibbles & Bits identity I am working on, a little now and then. It’s for a range of hand made, mostly sewn “stuff”, in lack of a better word. Well, basically there will a big range of stuff eventually. A website is also in the works, so when I have something to show, that will be showing up on this blog too.

I did a quick little job for a litterature festival just after the summer vacation, thought I’d finally share it with you.

I reworked the complete visual profile for OSFF this year, and even had time to put together a 30 second animated movie, as you can see a few posts ago. Now, here are some pictures of the various elements.

Trailer for Oslo Science Fiction-Festival 2009.
I did the animation in After Effects, based on my profile design for this year’s festival. Music composed by Benjamin Aker.

I recently did the identity and web design for our campaign for Nissan Qashqai.
Instead of a traditional radio campaign, we got together with one of the largest radio stations in Norway and created a radio show. In the show Haikeren (the Hitchiker) a reporter hitchiked around Norway in a Nissan, getting help from a lot of volounteers to drive her around the country, while interviewing them. People could also hear the show, enter contests and sign up as drivers on their website.
Lets just call it my fan poster for a great band. More details after the break.

A gig poster I’ve put together the last few days, just because I felt like doing something like this. Wish it wasn’t so damn hot though, makes my productivity go down. More details after the break.
